Apple and Samsung have been into battle for a very long time and still, they are in terms of Quality, Speed,Camera & Capabilities and yes it will continue.Let’s have a look at the ongoing war.
Apple has had a tumultuous time since the passing of its visionary CEO Steve Jobs. This year for Apple has been dominated by the iPhoneX, its new flagship phone. Besides the flagship iPhone, it’s been a relatively quiet year for Apple with minor changes to its tablet, Apple TV, and its smartwatch. Another big release for the company was its “HomePod” speaker which goes on sale in December this year. Add in some less than impressive changes in their laptop and desktop refreshes, it’s been a lackluster year relative to Apple’s usual rate of return. Much of the company’s fortunes rest on the fate of the iPhoneX.
Samsung has had an extremely successful year with three successful smartphones. The Samsung Galaxy S8, the Galaxy S8+, and the Galaxy Note8, which is quite an achievement coming on the heels of the disastrous Galaxy Note 7 launch and subsequent recall last year. There have been new wearables, laptops and new initiatives like the DeX, but Samsung’s year has been anchored by the success of its Smartphones. Though Samsung has been developing products with good quality, most observers haven’t noted anything truly revolutionary coming out of the South Korean company.
In recent years Samsung seems to have been focusing on its battle with Apple and on that front you can argue Samsung has won the battle for 2017.
